Head to jlj1.best/register, fill in your full name, email address, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth, then choose a strong password. You must be at least 18 years old to create a jlj1 account and place bets. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. jlj1 verifies the age of all players during registration, and accounts found to belong to underage users will be permanently closed.
No. jlj1 strictly allows one account per person. Creating multiple accounts violates our Terms and Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended and balances forfeited. Follow the instructions to create a new password. If you do not receive anything within 10 minutes, check your spam folder or try again with your mobile number.
After several failed login attempts, jlj1 temporarily locks your account as a security measure. Wait 15 minutes and try again with the correct credentials. If the account is still locked after that, email support@jlj1.best with your full name and registered mobile number. Our team will verify your identity and restore access as quickly as possible.
Yes. jlj1 supports login using either your registered email address or your Philippine mobile number. Enter your mobile in the format 09XXXXXXXXX or +639XXXXXXXXX. Both point to the same account — use whichever you remember more easily.

jlj1 does not charge platform fees on deposits. However, some payment providers or banks may apply their own transaction fees on their end. Check your GCash, Maya, or bank app for any applicable charges before completing a transfer. jlj1 credits your account with the full amount received.
Withdrawals
Log in to your jlj1 account, go to the Cashier section, and select Withdrawal. Choose your preferred payout method (GCash, Maya, or bank transfer), enter the amount you want to withdraw, and confirm. Make sure your account has completed identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal — unverified accounts cannot process payouts.
Most jlj1 withdrawals to GCash or Maya are processed within 1–4 hours during business hours. Bank transfers to BDO, BPI, or UnionBank may take 1–2 business days depending on your bank. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or if additional verification is required. You will receive a notification once your withdrawal is approved and sent.

A wagering requirement (sometimes called a rollover or turnover) is the total amount you must bet before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum period required for settlement (as defined in jlj1's betting rules), your bet will be voided and your stake returned to your jlj1 account balance. The refund is processed automatically and you will receive a notification. For rescheduled games, bets are typically voided unless the game is replayed within 48 hours.

Yes. jlj1 supports OTP-based two-factor authentication via your registered Philippine mobile number. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA in your account security settings — it adds a second layer of protection so that even if someone knows your password, they cannot log in without your phone. Responsible Gaming
Log in, go to Account Settings, and open the Responsible Gaming tab. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from there. Stricter limits take effect immediately. If you want to increase a limit, a short waiting period applies to give you time to reconsider. jlj1 encourages all players to set limits that match their personal budget.
Self-exclusion lets you suspend your jlj1 account for a set period — from 6 months to permanent closure — if you feel your gambling is becoming a problem. To activate it, go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion. Once activated, you will not be able to log in or place bets during the exclusion period.
